1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Rational AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What the Service does
Rational AI accepts a description of a business or product idea you submit and returns an AI-generated evaluation, including a viability score, strengths, flaws, and suggested next steps. The evaluation is generated by a large language model combined with automated web research and is provided for informational purposes only.
3. Not professional advice
Evaluations are not financial, legal, or business advice, and should not be treated as a guarantee of an idea's success or failure. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on output from the Service.
4. Your account
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Authentication is handled by our third-party provider (Clerk).
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to submit unlawful content, attempt to abuse or overload the system, or reverse-engineer the evaluation pipeline.
6. Payments
Access to idea evaluations requires a one-time payment, processed by Stripe. Features, pricing, and availability may change, and the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
